Every day is Census Day: Census workers are visiting Fairfax City to help residents who have not yet completed their U.S. Census form. Census workers will be out in the community from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily through October 31. The U.S. Constitution mandates that the federal government take a count (or “census”) of the U.S. population every decade. This snapshot of America counts every person in every household in the United States on a single day.

If you don’t respond, you don’t count — and that costs everyone in our community.
